Introduction:-
This is a product derived by enzymatic hydrolysis of corn starch.
Description:-
The liquid starch
is hydrolyzed by a dual enzyme for liquification and Sacchrification
under the control condition to generate as high as 45 DE sugar
containing maximum of maltose and minimum quantity of glucose and
other sugar

Applications:-
Confectionary Industry:-
HMCS is used in hard boiling candies and icing candies and also in confectionary
Manufacture as a
sweeter as well as it is used in bread, cake & beer bewerage,
candy, drink, making foodstuff, frozen foodstuff and seasoning
Penetration and
form a hard firm surface for writing or printing, to produce surface
fiber picking, and to prepare the sheet for subsequent coating. Corn
Starch is used as an adhesive in pigmented coating for paper and paper
board. The primary purpose of coating is to enhance the printability
and appearance of the paper.
Packaging:-
HMCS is available in 300 Kgs.drum packing of plastic material or can be supply in SS Tankers.
